The staff was very kind and helpful . The room was beautifully clean (I was impressed by its upkeep).

central location, small quirks
specialty tea comfortable bed new refurbishment
the location was great. It was near many places for food. Getting around town was easy. Staff members were always helpful and kind. The hotel provided beautiful tea from a specialty shop. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. All looks newly refurbished and the bathroom was too.
the hotel gave us a double room instead of the King room we booked. There was a size difference between rooms. It was an unacceptable downgrade. I was disappointed that there was no real apology for the situation and no explanation for how the mistake happened.
